    What to Bring

    Just yourself and a notepad to take notes. Your model should be patient and comfortable with photos and content being taken for use on your social media and ours. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and take care of any outstanding payments.

    Volume lash training course

    Training Day Timeline

    Course Duration: 10:00am – 3:30pm

    10:00am: Arrive at the salon with plenty of time to get settled and ready for your Russian Lash Course.

    10:15am: We'll begin with a friendly introduction to get to know each other, making sure you feel comfortable and giving me an insight into your goals and aspirations within the lash industry.

    10:30am: We'll go through your training manual, which you'll have received upon booking. It contains everything you need to know about Russian Volume lash extensions. We'll cover any parts of the theory you're unsure about and make notes on key areas for focus.

    11:00am: Practical begins. We'll start with:

  • Applying tape and gel pads correctly
  • Practicing fan making techniques
  • Applying volume lashes to a strip lash on a mannequin head
  • Lash removal technique on a strip lash

    • 12:00pm: Refreshment break.

    12:30pm: Models Arrive

    You'll prepare your model's lashes and carry out a full set of Russian Volume lash extensions including:

  • Lash preparation
  • Tape or gel pad application
  • Full set of Russian Volume extensions

    • Full guidance and supervision provided every step of the way to support you in creating beautiful, full volume lashes.

    2:00pm – 2:15pm: Documentation & Certification

    We'll take high-quality pictures of your FIRST EVER set of Russian Volume lashes. Once the set is complete and assessed, certificates will be awarded and your luxury starter kit will be handed out.

    Congratulations, you are now a fully qualified Russian Volume Lash Technician!
